I think barbie is a corner stone of every little girl’s child hood and in some ways it’s kind of wrong the way she was portrayed. I mean fair enough there was doctor, astronaut, vet, scuba diver barbie but she was still always very Betty Crocker. They were always caring or animal professions and the farthest she went out of the box was astronaut barbie. I wish they’d made lesbian barbie, president/prime minister barbie etc. I guess not many parents would have bought that for their kids…I think my mum would have. I just think they should have like more alternative image barbies that would be awsome.
